Nana’s  -n-  Papaw’s (myNNP), is a home-based aviary located in Franklin, Indiana.  Franklin is about 30 minutes south of downtown Indianapolis.  We raise a variety of birds, including Umbrella Cockatoos, Amazons, Cockatiels, Conures, Quakers, Parrotlets, and Love Birds.

Breeding birds is a labor of love and we take it very seriously.  We pride ourselves in a clean, bright, organized, and happy aviary.  All our birds are exposed to the sounds and atmosphere of family living.  They are used to being around kids and dogs.

myNNP aviary is owned and operated by Barbara (Nana).  I have one other human helper and 2 four legged ones.  My human helper is Larry (Papaw), my husband.  My 2 four legged helpers are: one German Shepherd, (Yepa) along with one miniature Yorkie, (Usdi).  We also have 11 two legged feathered friends to help us answer questions regarding parrots as companions / pets.  Their pictures and personality traits can be seen below.

We would also ask for your patience as we develop this site to supply information needed when deciding if a bird is right for you and your current or future situations.  As well as important information to the health and well being of your new avian companion.
